Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the shipping and delivery terms for purchases made on our e-commerce website www.vaahomedecor.com (“Website”). By placing an order and making a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not proceed with your purchase.
● VAA home decor offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes. You only pay the value of the ordered product.
● We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India.
● We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and, depending on the location, deliver most of the orders in 2 – 7 days.
● Company may choose to change the above policies at its own discretion.
Order Processing
● Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website and complete the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you notice any errors or
discrepancies.
● Order Verification: In some cases, we may need to verify your order or payment details before processing it. This verification process may require additional information or documentation from you. We reserve the right to cancel or delay the processing of any order until verification is successfully completed.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated Delivery Time: We make every effort to provide accurate estimated delivery timeframes for your order. However, please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, logistics issues or unforeseen circumstances, may affect the actual delivery time.
● Domestic orders would be processed within 48 business hours and shipped through a domestic courier company. The best possible attempt shall be made to deliver orders within 72 business hours from the date of invoice. However, there may be a delay in delivering to remote areas/villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
● Delay in delivery may be attributed to unfavorable conditions, including but not limited to bad weather, epidemic or pandemic, government order, strike, curfew and natural calamities. VAA home decor shall in no case be liable for any mental agony or loss caused due to delay in
delivery. In case of multiple orders to be placed at different address, separate orders shall be placed for each address. Tracking details shall be sent to your registered email id & mobile number as and when the products are released from our premises.
● Every attempt shall be made to ensure on-time safe delivery of your order by both, VAA Home Decor and the courier partner. The liability of VAA Home Decor shall be limited to the cost of good/order in case of any damage or loss of good in transit.
● VAA Home Decor will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the end user arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods, howsoever caused. VAA Home Decor reserves the right to make delivery of the goods in instalments. If the goods are to be delivered in
instalments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if VAA Home Decor fails to deliver any one or more of the instalments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the instalments.
Cash on Delivery:
● Cash on Delivery Unavailable: We do not offer cash on delivery as a payment method for purchases made on our website. You are required to make the payment using the accepted payment methods.
● In the event that you are eligible for a refund for any reason, such as product unavailability or order cancellation, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Cash refunds will not be provided.
Order Tracking
● Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information, if available, to track the progress and delivery status of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor the whereabouts of your package.

● Lost Shipments: In the event that your package is lost in transit and does not reach its destination within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
